Microsoft Certified Master Handles Security

American Web CSO earns top Microsoft certification

REDMOND, Wash., Jun. 5, 2009 – Josh Phillips, Chief Security Officer of American Web, received one of Microsoft's top technical certifications. To date, only about 40 people in the world have earned this certification, which is the culmination of a grueling two-week training and testing process at Microsoft headquarters in Redmond, Washington.

In 2007, Mr. Phillips earned the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification. Shortly thereafter, he was elected to the board of American Web, already a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.
